March Goes Out Like A Lion

And clubs from the 4th are (lion) kings at AAF. Tampa Bay, Daytona and Miami won trips to the national conference for the highest percentage of ADDY entry increase. Only ten such awards were made in the 15 AAF Districts and the 4th won three of them. They will be in Las Vegas to blow whistles and cheer for Ad 2 Tampa Bay who once again claim Club of The Year honors! Randy Blake, who served as AAF Fourth District Governor in 1996-97 passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 10, 2015 at Lynchburg General Hospital. in Lynchburg , Virginia after a months long battle with cancer.

It's A Busy Time In The Fourth
News

Now that the local ADDYs have been awarded, many club leaders have the opportunity to catch their breath. But, around the District it's a very busy end of March and April.  As your Governor I try to visit as many clubs as possible. I was able to attend some of the local competitions and thoroughly enjoyed all the great creative work.  I look forward to seeing the winners who advance to our District judging in Sarasota.
