This simple document has everything you need to get the juices flowing in club-planning brainstorm sessions.
2) Beginning-of-Year Board Planning Document
This series of worksheets empower your board to set goals and plan their year in advance. Pair with previous year’s “Board Transition Handbook” documents for best results.
3) Board Meeting Documents
This package includes three key documents for recording your accomplishments throughout the year. Use all 3 for best results.
- An “Initiatives Report” for tracking all those great individual initiatives throughout the year
- 8 individual “Board Meeting Reports” to empower your board members to track their initiatives

This document gives you a handy guide to what topics to cover in your District President’s Report.
5) Winning Achievement Book Outline
This document gives you an excellent framework for outlining your first achievement book once you’ve compiled your year’s initiatives. Pair with “Eight Core Values Cheat Sheet” and completed “Board Meeting Reports”, “Initiative Reports” or “Presidents Reports” for best results.
