We Have A Lot In Common

Susan WaldeckI spent last week in Guatemala on a mission trip with my church. We spent a lot of time talking about the partnership we have formed with the church there over the last two years. While we are very different people, live differently, speak differently, we also have a lot in common, and together are stronger than apart. There are a lot of similarities like that with AAF as well. We are the most inclusive advertising professional organization of any out there. We live in different parts of the state and country. I certainly don't speak HTML5 or InDesign, as many of you probably don't speak CPP and GRPs. But together, united under the passion for this crazy business, we are all stronger and offer more value to our clients and the industry. And D4 offers a simple way for you to easily find and contact other members of the district through our Member Directory. If you haven't already, fill out your profile and start connecting with other professionals from around the state!

D4 is also excited for our upcoming Summer Conference in Gainesville, FL September 6-8. There are many club operations workshops to participate in including membership, finance, communications, programs, public service, and of course ADDYs, complete with the launch of the new competition software. There are also several professional development programs offered, stay tuned for more details! This is a great opportunity to get your Ad-learn on, so mark your calendars and watch for registration information at 4aaf.com.

Go Fourth!
